The medical faculty of the University of Dusseldorf is the scientific arm of the MH. The medical faculty offers teaching, study, research and advanced training in the medical sciences. Our aim is medical advancement.

The city of Dusseldorf provides financial support for research and teaching. Our faculty ensures that these funds are awarded to the areas that need them most, in an appropriate and efficient manner.

The faculty is inextricably linked with the clinical side of the MH. At the MH´s clinical centers, medical science and the treatment of patients overlap and both spheres are supportive of one another. This relationship is at the heart of university medicine.
