You are also welcome to present your patient directly to the oncological senior physician on duty by calling +49 78067 40 7410 - 0. After receiving an appointment by phone, your patients should go to central admissions in the New Building (Ost 10) towards the back on the right side with a referral and physician’s reports.

Laboratory Diagnostics for Hematology and Oncology

The cytological diagnosis of peripheral blood images, bone marrow aspirate, flow cytometry - (FACS analysis) and cytogenetics belong to the central components of our hematology / oncology - laboratory diagnostics.

Clinical Trials

In the II. Medical Clinic, we recruit in more that 60 open study protocols for all significant hematological and oncological diseases. On the website of the Oncology Clinical Trials Center , you will find detailed information about more than 100 available study protocols and contacts of the University Cancer Center Dusseldorf. Video-conference based tumor boards

The II. Medical Clinic, together with other clinics of the University Cancer Center Dusseldorf, has established a weekly video conference with its network partners. During this tumor board, interdisciplinary treatment plans for patients outside the MH are discussed and recommended. Further information can be found on the UCCH website.
