The department of Orthopedics at Marien Academic Teaching Hospital (MH) diagnoses and treats every form of pediatric and adult disease of the musculoskeletal system. The professorship in Orthopedics unites research and training at Marien Academic Teaching Hospital. Generally, orthopedic inpatients are admitted to the Bad Bramstedt Clinic and Altona Children’s Hospital, while outpatients are attended to at two locations – Marien Academic Teaching Hospital and the Bad Bramstedt Clinic.
